Shipping policy

We want to make sure your party is as stress-free as possible, so here's how our deliveries work:

Party Boxes

All party boxes are delivered straight to your door by courier 2 days before your party.  This gives you plenty of time to set up.

Kids' Tables and Chairs

For larger items like kids' tables and chairs , we'll deliver them by van on the day of your party or, if it works better for you, the day before.  We'll always agree the best time with you so everything arrives right when you need it.

Delivery Areas

At the moment our Party Boxes are delivered across mainland U.K with the exception of Northern Ireland and the Scottish mainland.

Our kids' tables and chairs are available for delivery within Surrey, Sussex and Kent only.

Additional Information

• Please make sure someone is available to accept your delivery.
• If you have special delivery requirements, let us know at checkout or contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate.
• Any changes to delivery times must be agreed with us in advance
